Is pricing per pool or per month?
Per month, flat, per business. Adding pools or spas to an existing customer doesn't change your bill.
Is route optimization included, or an add-on?
Included on Starter, Growth and Pro. We don't charge extra for it and we don't gate it behind a higher tier.
Does it work without signal at the pool?
Yes — readings, photos and route status work offline and sync automatically once you're back in coverage.
Will it tell my techs how much chemical to add?
No. It records what was measured. We're not chemists, so we don't give dosing advice — only a clean log you and your customer can both see.
